Simulation

The software includes a powerful simulator that will recreate your inventory levels based on the chosen design and your sales history. The simulator runs globally for all locations and products and can also be ran for specific items with charts of daily sales and inventory levels.

  • Product Classification Mix – Different charts will tell the end result of the design showing volume, number of SKUs, and inventory average by ABC.

  • Inventory Health – Project inventory status such as average levels and days of inventory for each product classification.

  • Sales Performance – Measure the resulted service level and stockout ratio.

Replenishment

Our system does not interfere with current ERP implementations. We will make the necessary adaptations so that Tandrify can interact with our customer information systems.

  • Real-time Inventory Levels – Tandrify will read the current inventory level at warehouse and end location in order to accurately calculate the appropriate replenishment quantity.
